What SwingFix is (and isn't)

SwingFix analyses golf swing videos using computer vision that runs in your browser. It gives you measurements, a ball tracer when the footage allows it, and coaching suggestions.

Distance, speed and other ball-flight figures are estimates from a single camera, not launch-monitor measurements. Coaching suggestions are general guidance, not professional instruction or medical advice. Warm up, know your physical limits, and stop if something hurts.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SwingFix.
• Give a real email address and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts or resell access.

Your videos and content

You keep ownership of the videos you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display them to you (and to anyone you choose to share a swing link with) so the service can work. We do not use your videos in our marketing without asking you first.

Only upload footage you have the right to use. If other people appear in your clips, make sure they are happy to be filmed.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free: 5 swing analyses per month, with the limits shown on the pricing page.
• Pro: $9.99 per month, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Deep Dive: a one-time $29 purchase tied to one swing. It is not a subscription.
• Prices and plan limits are listed on the pricing page. If we change the price of Pro, we will tell you before your next renewal at the new price.

Refunds

If SwingFix didn't do what the pricing page says it does, email swingfixai@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Fair use

• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around plan limits or paywalls.
• Don't upload anything illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the rights to.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SwingFix running and accurate, but it is provided as is. It may occasionally be unavailable, and analysis results can be wrong, especially with low-quality footage. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Golf & Gains is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of SwingFix, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Ending your account

You can stop using SwingFix at any time. To delete your account and data, email swingfixai@gmail.com. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell signed-in users. Continuing to use SwingFix after a change means you accept the updated terms.
